What you'll get

A four-week program built for HR, People Ops, and Operations professionals. Participants build prompt libraries for job descriptions, screening rubrics, interview prep, SOP drafting, policy documentation, and onboarding; deploy AI features in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever), productivity suites (Google Workspace, Notion), and meeting tools (Otter, Fireflies, Loom AI); automate recurring workflows such as candidate screening summaries; and learn the specific data-handling practices required when AI touches personnel information.
